Project Overview

The project aims to  improve user experience. We conducted user surveys, which includes: a. In-depth interviews b. Survey c. User test, to identify problems with the current website. We focus on the three priorities, disordered website structure, overcrowded information, and outdated interface. In the first round of design, we focused on rebuilding website structure and information organization. At the same time, we came up with the idea about online donations, ticket purchases, and event booking. After a user test, we continued optimizing information structure and launching event booking functions.
